Payment Policy:  Paintings may be purchased through Pay Pal, or wire transfer. Paintings will be shipped promptly after funds are transferred into the PayPal account or into my bank account.  Where applicable, sales tax will be included.

Shipping Policy:  Shipping costs and sales taxes (if applicable) are payable by the buyer.  Please contact me for shipping costs, as they are specific to each painting based on the size of the art and the shipping destination.  Tracking, signature on delivery, and shipping insurance equal to the purchase price of the painting are all required.  No shipments will be made to Post Office boxes or any other addresses where no one will be present to sign for the shipment.  The buyer is required to check the shipment immediately for damage and must report any damage to both the shipper and to myself immediately.

If you are interested in using the art work for editorial inclusion, please contact me via email to discuss the project and the licensing rights you would like to purchase. 

Returns, with full refunds (assuming there is no damage to the paintings), are accepted up to 21 days from your initial receipt of the painting.  In the event of a return, the painting must be shipped with the same care and quality of materials with which it was received.  Tracking, signature on delivery, and shipping insurance equal to the purchase price of the painting are all required and must be prepaid.
